Paul Calder

Principal Dentist
Paul has 25 years of practice experience, working in NHS and private dental practices within Yorkshire. As a clinician, I’m dedicated to prevention and minimal intervention dentistry. I have studied extensively since graduating and have certificates in restorative, cosmetic and implant dentistry. I also have a post graduate diploma in endodontics and have recently completed an Invisalign course. Outside of work, I am very much a family man, spending time with my wife, two children and my cockapoo Pippa. Time permitting I also enjoy fly fishing, cooking and reading.

Dental Hygienist
Ann has been the principal hygienist at the practice since 1990, working on Tuesdays, Wednesday mornings and Thursday mornings. Ann has a wealth of experience and has developed an excellent rapport with her patients delivering effective care in a gentle manner. Beyond work, Ann has a grown up family, enjoys socialising and long walks in the countryside.
Sarah Thirkill

Sarah initially worked at the practice as a dental nurse from the year 2000. Subsequently, Sarah qualified as a hygiene therapist in 2005 and rejoined the practice. Sarah currently works with us on a Monday providing a thorough yet comfortable experience for her patients. Sarah is kept busy with a young family.
Lauren Ferguson

Lauren qualified from Leeds 2019 and has practiced in Manchester and Ireland. Lauren recently relocated to Leeds and joined the practice as a hygienist on a Wednesday and a Thursday afternoon. Lauren has been an instant success, proving popular with her patients with her gentle and professional care. Lauren enjoys her fitness training and socialising with friends.
Charlotte Chell

Charlotte joined the practice in 2015 with a wealth of experience as a dental nurse working in practices both in the UK and abroad. Charlotte is equally adept on reception, being exceptionally organised and personable and is the usual first point of contact for the practice. Her warm, professional manner puts patients at ease and keeps the practice running smoothly. Charlotte enjoys travel, socialising, health and fitness.

Mandy qualified as a dental nurse in 2006 developing a wealth of experience in different practices. Alongside her exceptional chairside nursing, Mandy is also responsible for the clinical administration of the practice, ensuring we exceed the myriad of regulatory requirements and keeps us running effectively and efficiently. Outside of work, Mandy enjoys, health and fitness, craft beers and motorcycles.
Brooke Lakin

Brooke qualified in 2010 and has held various positions in the dental sector, both in practice and working for the national emergency helpline service. Brooke effortlessly joined the practice in 2021 and works exceptionally both as a nurse and on reception. Outside of work, Brooke has a young family and also enjoys keeping fit, holidays and socialising.
